<dcterms:description><![CDATA[Kenneth goes to great lengths detailing his various reflections on the Country Team Seminar. Altogether, there were four five-week sessions and one instructors' course which was two weeks in length. There were 277 members to go through the program, varying in number from the State Department, Defense, USIA and AID, along with the majority coming from the CIA. Some of the important notes were on the interdepartmental work which the seminar required. Kenneth discusses the progression of the various courses and the revisions which were made as the courses continued to broaden, so that they might be most effective in countering insurgency around the world. ]]></dcterms:description>

He describes the last two days as the best in the course--these were the days the seminar groups gave their presentations, and he found them to be extraordinarily professional. In the end, all of the groups met with their respective departments and gave a breakdown of the course, praising the good and tearing into some of the poorer presentations and lecturers.
